Nikole Otahal is a Physician Associate at South Texas Bone and Joint primarily working with hip and knee patients alongside Dr. Jason Thompson, our fellowship-trained adult hip & knee reconstruction and replacement surgeon. Otahal graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In 2018, she graduated with her MS in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch. Her experience includes working with UT Health Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at Memorial Hermann Hospital, Houston, TX, she also worked as a Pediatric Physician Assistant at South Padre Island Pediatric Center, Corpus Christi, TX. In 2021, she joined the South Texas Bone and Joint team as a PA.
