Hope Greenwade, FNP-C is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who recently joined our Orthopedic Trauma Team at Christus Spohn Shoreline. Hope brings with her experience in the treatment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, promoting health improvement, and the willingness to help make patient care her priority. She completed her Master of Science: Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Chamberlain University. Her work experience includes working as a registered nurse at HonorHealth and Dignity Health Saint Joseph's Hospital & Medical. As a certified registered flight nurse for Air Methods Corp. Native Air Tri-State Care Flight and PHI Air Medical Air Evac. And as a nurse practitioner at Integricare AZ from 2023 to 2024. We are excited to have her join our orthopedic trauma team and to continue growing this department to meet the needs of more patients in the Coastal Bend.
