Our intention is to prepare our local athletes for top shape performance by giving them an edge over the competition while preparing them for the athletic demands of their sport.
We firmly believe that many ( non contact) injuries can result from a dysfunction along the kinetic chain; which is made up of the core musculature and it’s component parts that work together to create gross motor and sports-related movements, such as running, jumping, kicking or throwing. When muscle weakness, tension, or decreased bioawareness occurs, this can potentially lead to injury.
Our intention is to prepare our local athletes for top shape performance by giving them an edge over the competition while preparing them for the athletic demands of their sport. This includes focusing on proper body mechanics, strength training, and sport-specific drills to help accelerate their training to help them achieve their athletic goals, while keeping them in the game!
Our sports performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demands of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power.
Our training services help bridge the gap between traditional training regiments and performance training. Using our specialized approach to each training technique, we offer a complete evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses of each athlete.
After an extensive evaluation, a training experts will provide a one-on-one program specifically designed to build an athlete to their optimal performance. By working with an elite trainer who understands each person’s unique physical challenges, better, quicker results are possible, as well as a reduced risk of future injury.
